Support Ticket Logging

For a quick and simple resolution to your support issues, you can log a ticket with our support desk. Tickets will be actioned and monitored by our system to allow for a speedy resolution.

Logging a ticket:

  1. To raise a support ticket for a Hardware, Sage or Telecoms issue, simply send an email to support@ashgoal.com giving as much detail as possible about the problem you are experiencing.
     
  2. Your ticket will be automatically logged and you will receive an acknowledgement email with a support ticket number.
     
  3. Your ticket will be progressed in accordance with your SLA by our support engineers and you will receive progress updates by email. If you have further information or would like to ask a question you can reply to the emails you receive.
     
  4. When the issue is successfully resolved, the ticket will be closed and you will receive a confirmation email.
